      I tried setting up a monthly auto pay. They consistently tried to charge a late fee even after 3 attempts to correct their mistake. I was then addressing my issue with the district manager who blatantly lied about my bank cancelling my charge. And they still tried to charge me late fees when I had proof I signed up and proof my bank did no such thing. Horrible service and out right ignorance. I got out.
